Please know credit card machines/technology is tricky sometimes...bring cash or a check with you to ensure you take home what you want - we will not hold merchandise which has not been purchased. Your license number, birthday, and current phone number are required for paying with a check. Hot checks WILL BE turned over to the District Attorney.

* All sales are FINAL. Please make sure the furniture, picture or clothing fits as we cannot offer refunds.

* We will not offer advance sales.

* We are not responsible for accidents. Please be mindful of yourself and others.

* No public restrooms are available and we kindly ask children remain with a parent at all times.

* Please be careful with merchandise; should you break an item(s), you must pay for that item.

* We close at 2:00 on Saturday. All purchases must be taken with you by that time.

Friends... this might be the most eclectic sale we have held! The Welch's have traveled the world and literally have a treasure trove of collections from all corners of this amazing planet; you will be in awe of what you can add to your home!

They collected things they loved, from fine china and sterling pieces, Asian porcelain, original artwork from the Southwest United States all the way to Africa. Truly, there are too many different selections to show you via a website... please come and see what you can add to your collections! Several sterling place settings and vanity pieces are available.

The artwork in this home will be added to the pictures Monday afternoon; certificates of authenticity are available for almost every piece of art. Many of these pieces are originals and numbered. These pieces will not be discounted as most of our normal merchandise.

There is a large selection of jewelry; please note our NEW POLICY on viewing jewelry. Jewelry is aligned into 3 sections; rings, bracelets and necklaces. You will be allowed to get in ONE LINE, gather no more than 10 pieces to take to another table to view. Once you make your selections from those pieces, you can get back into the line and take a look at other items.
