**Many of you may recognize the address as that of the former Victoria Bank & Trust building and you are correct! We will conduct this sale in the original lobby of the bank. Prepare to be amazed, we have completely transformed the interior!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only one entrance will get you to us! It is the entrance facing Main Street at the corner of Main Street and Santa Rosa Street. Keep your eyes open for yellow arrows on the door!

Parking will be in the 2 parking lots across the street beside the building. You may also park in the parking lot next to the O’Connor-Hewitt Annex that we have used in the past!

1980 Japanese-built Yamaha C5 Conservatory Grand Piano. 6ft 7in.A recent independent inspection described it as a very lightly used piano with incredibly little wear for its age and noted that only minor regulation would be needed to bring it very close to its original performance. ***This professional finding is exceptionally good!

2009 Kawasaki Mule 610 with 642 engine hours, 4-wheel drive, Model KAF400A.
