ESTATE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Sales Final: All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Item Condition: Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing. While every effort has been made to accurately describe items, the Estate makes no guarantees regarding condition, functionality, or completeness.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. Items will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Pickup and Removal: All purchased items must be picked up at the sale location. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to load and remove purchases. The Estate will not provide loading assistance.
Large Equipment: Buyers purchasing heavy equipment, machinery, trailers, greenhouses, or other large items must make appropriate arrangements for safe removal. Any required disassembly is the buyer's responsibility. Removal arrangements must be approved by the seller.
Property Damage: Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the property, buildings, landscaping, or other items during the removal of purchases.
Safety: Buyers enter the property at their own risk and are expected to exercise reasonable care. The Estate is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property except as otherwise required by law.
Vehicles and Trailers: Vehicles and trailers are sold in their present condition. Applicable title transfers will be completed in accordance with Texas law. Buyers are responsible for taxes, registration, and transfer fees unless otherwise agreed.
Right to Refuse Service: The Estate reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, consistent with applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing an item, buyers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
