All children must be with parent at all times inside/outside of house. For large items sold, pick up can be immediate unless otherwise posted at the sale. Please be respectful and do not block driveways or double park. Taxes are collected at point of sale. If you are TAX-EXEMPT, please have tax exempt form or you will have to fill one out at our sale. All sales have uneven walkways, steps etc that can be hazardous. Please be mindful of your ability to navigate hallways, steps, inclines and uneven surfaces. This is a small home 1310 square ft, and the parking is best down the street. Please do not block driveways or double park!
Because of the parking situation, we are opening at 10 am on Thursday! Friday and Saturday are 9 am.

There are many collectibles and art in this sale.
there is a beautiful Heywood Dining Table with two leafs and 4 chairs. There two other similar chairs that could go with if needed.
