On-site security, and valuable items have been removed for safekeeping. Credit cards are accepted with a valid photo ID. Bring your own assistance for moving large furniture pieces. Buyers are responsible for removing the items from the house. We are not liable for accidents or injuries that occur during the sale. All items are sold in their current condition, and no refunds or exchanges are offered. Purchases must be collected by 4 PM on the final day of the sale. On the second day, most items are discounted by 50%. Valuables are removed from the sale location daily. Children are welcome but must remain supervised by adults. Customers are responsible for any damages incurred ("You break it, you buy it"). Large purses, backpacks, or bags are not permitted on the premises.
