INO EARLY SALES : There will be no early shopping or presales. We will not provide prices or information on items shown in sale pictures prior to the start sale. All sales are first come first served. Items will not be held and payment over the phone will not be accepted.
PAYMENTS : Cash is always preferred; however, we also accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay. A small fee will be charged on card and Apple Pay purchases.
PURCHASING AND PICKUP : Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting purchases. Please bring help to load large items - All items MUST be picked up during sale hours
ALL SALES ARE FINAL : Items are sold as is with no refunds or exchanges.
Please be respectful to the homeowner, staff, other shoppers and the neighbors. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Due to HOA restrictions, we are unable to host a traditional public estate sale. Instead, we will be offering a private, by-appointment-only shopping experience over the next two weeks.

We invite you to browse the sale online and then contact us to schedule an appointment. We will be hosting two to three appointment sessions each week for small groups or individual shoppers. Appointments may be made for general shopping or simply to pick up items you’ve seen online and would like to purchase.
