This is a three day only sale.
Items will be full price on Friday and marked down as the sale progresses each day by a percentage system. This Estate Sale is Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Buyers are responsible for loading items. If not able to load item(s), purchase may be void. No holds in items and items are sold on a first come basis. No shipping available and onsite pick up is required. Items must be picked up by end of the sale. No returns on items since this is a three day sale on the behalf of a client and not our stocked business inventory. We are not responsible for theft or breakage of items once in the care and custody of a customer. Not responsible for accidents. We ask customers to be mindful of items that may need assistance to examine closer.
This Estate Sale is in a nice quiet neighborhood and we ask customers visiting to please be courteous and respectful to property and neighbors.

Presented by The Harvey House Gallery General Store and Southwest Art Museum, coming soon. This is a subsidiary of The Edison Exchange located in Historic Downtown Winnsboro, Texas.
Join us for a fun Estate Sale nestled in a nook of Lake Fork. This sale has a wide range and variety of eclectic items that range from hunting and fishing, militaria, glassware, lures, bow & arrows, primitives, furniture, records, tools, bottles, enpherma, advertising, sports items, classic car items, die cast and vintage model cars, fishing rods, magazines, VHS, cassettes, books galore, and so much more. A uranium glass oil lamp along with an oil lamp collection will be available. This is the estate of an electrical engineer so there are many types of wire and tools related to the field. There is a TEXACO advertising boat and other great vintage toys.There will be a great hutch, bed frame and other furniture available. A washer and dryer will be available. Part of this estate includes a collection of an avid book enthusiast with a mixture of historical, reference, classic and contemporary literature. There are many tools, new and old, overall. Look for new old stock antique vehicle parts and related items. We will be featuring a John Deere riding lawn mower and a EZ Go.
