Sale hours: Friday 9-3, Saturday 8:30-3, and Sunday 9-1, unless otherwise advertised.
Sign Up: Access is first-come, first-served in order that people arrive and line up to enter. Early birds on site can create their own list, we will try to honor that list.
Payment: Credit card (Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX) or debit card purchases - 3% charge. Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay payment also available.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected on all purchases, unless a valid resale certificate is presented.
Refunds and Returns: No refunds or returns. The majority of the items we sell are previously owned and all items sold as is, where is. All sales are final.
Moving Items: We are happy to recommend local area small job movers that you can call. Our workers will not be moving items for you.
