General Rules: No Early Birds or pre-sales.
Announcements on sale day take precedence over any written, advertised and prior verbal announcements.
Not responsible for accidents. No public restrooms. Please bring help to move your furniture.

Sale hours: Friday 9-3, Saturday 8:30-3, and Sunday 9-1, unless otherwise advertised.

Sign Up: Access is first-come, first-served in order that people arrive and line up to enter. List will be on front steps at 7am sale days, that is the only list we will honor.

Payment: Credit card (Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX) or debit card purchases - 3% charge. Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay payment also available.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected on all purchases, unless a valid resale certificate is presented.

Refunds and Returns: No refunds or returns. The majority of the items we sell are previously owned and all items sold as is, where is. All sales are final.

Moving Items: We are happy to recommend local area small job movers that you can call. Our workers will not be moving items for you.

Pricing: We don't provide item pricing. As always, prices are fair and reasonable and are available on site.
