ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Smith Services and the property owners are NOT liable for ANY injury incurred on the property. Entering the property implies your consent of these rules, as well as consent to be recorded. Any damage you cause to the owner’s home is your sole responsibility.
NO LARGE PURSES, BACKPACKS, OR BAGS OVER 3” X 3” ARE ALLOWED INSIDE. LOCK YOUR BAGS INSIDE YOUR CAR BEFORE ENTERING. We reserve the right to refuse entry. We are not responsible for any of your personal property brought on-site.
Forms of payment accepted include: Cash, Venmo, ApplePay, Major Credit Cards. We cannot guarantee that electronic forms of payment will be fully functional. Checks and money orders are NOT accepted.
NO Returns or Exchanges.
NO RESTROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SALE.
The entire property is under both electronic and on-site physical surveillance. ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE MONITORED WHILE ON SITE.
NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY OR BLOCK OTHER DRIVEWAYS. The driveway is only for pick up of purchased items as arranged with the sale hosts.
If you BREAK or damage an item, you MUST PAY FOR IT.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN MOVING, PICK UP, OR TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR PURCHASES. Purchases must be removed from the property by 4:30 pm, September 21, 2025. You are solely responsible for all post-purchase handling and removal of your purchases. You must arrange a pick up time frame with the sale hosts.
We do not allow sold stickers/signs, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates and we will add a sold sign. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
Doors will open at the published time, not before.
If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give it to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
Sorry, Wifi is NOT available on the property.
We are not liable for damages made to your purchases once you pay for the items, including during your removal of purchases.
Do NOT enter rooms and areas that are off limits. Abide by all signage.
All items are priced at fair market value and have been inspected. We reserve the right to accept best offers.
