Terms
Sales are final. Items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties, returns, or refunds. Inspect before you buy.
Payment. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Cards accepted with a 3% fee. Sales tax applied where required.
You will have to pack and load. We cannot lift, move, or load. Bring your own help, boxes, and packing materials.
Items need to be removed asap, unless a later pickup is arranged in advance.
No delivery. We do not ship items or offer moving. For furniture, use U-Haul, uShip, or your own mover.
Limited shipping on small items MAY be available at your cost — ask first.
Bags. No purses or outside bags inside. Leave them in your car.
Parking. Park legally. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or mailboxes. The driveway is for loading large furniture only.
Liability.
You enter and remove items at your own risk. Seller and homeowner are not responsible for injury, accident, or property damage.

We cannot guarantee an item is still available. If you are really interested in an item and may want to see it sooner - please text and will see if your request can be accommodated.
