NO EARLY BIRDS: Sale will begin at 9 am Friday. Entry may be limited to a certain number of shoppers at any given time, first come first served.

Booties will be required to enter the home to protect flooring.

Items marked NFS are not for sale. 

Please bring any necessary helpers to move items as well as packing materials, bags or boxes to transport.

Items will be priced at the tag price Friday. Most items will be 25% off Saturday and 50% on Sunday. We reserve the right not to discount certain items. We will consider reasonable offers for buyers making larger purchases. 

Please be sure to park on Marina Reach, the connection road and not in the cul-de-sac.
