Please bring help with the loading of furniture and other large items.
We try to have boxes and packing materials available, but please bring your own if you're an enthusiastic shopper! Ours are limited.
We do prosecute shoplifters and have security on site.
Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully while in line and inside the sale site.
Attendees who do not conduct themselves appropriately may be banned from future sales. This includes making a mess of the items staged during the sale.
Activity on sale sites previous or prior to the sale will be considered trespassing.
Legacy Estate Liquidations, owners, and the property owners are not responsible for accidents on the premises. Loading items and strapping down for travel is solely the responsibility of the customer/buyer.
Sales tax and credit card convenience fees are added to the sales price.
Dealers, please have your CURRENT AND DATED Tax-exempt sheet available. We do not take the number from memory or hand written on a business card. Thank you for understanding.
