Our Policy for an Online Estate Sale

We will conduct a 4 Day Estate Sale with discounts starting on day 2 and continuing until the sale ends.

Payments accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Cash (Only Cards with a Chip will be accepted)

Please text me at 757-343-6597 to arrange a time slot for your pickup. Pickup will be Friday 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. and Saturday 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. time slots will be every 15 minutes.

If you have questions, please contact me and I will do my best to answer them. Everything is "as is" and I will do my best to point out the condition of the items for sale.

We offer a delivery service by professional movers. See one of our staff for a quote and a delivery form. Deliveries are generally made a few days after the completion of the sale, but may sometimes need to be made later in the week. If you are moving your own purchase and need assistance, please make sure to bring extra help, our staff will not be able to help move furniture or large items. Also, please don't forget to bring you might need to keep your purchase safe while traveling in your vehicle (packing blankets, boxes, paper, tape, bungee cords, etc.

Please print your name on the list and the names will be call in the order they are written. Upon entry into the sale, you will be given an Early Bird Discount coupon for 10% off your purchases from 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M. Thursday and Friday or Friday and Saturday depending on our sale dates.
