4. Registration: Valid registration and credit card required. Auction company may approve or deny
bidders.
5. Payment: Payment due immediately. Card on file may be charged.

7. Condition: All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties.
8. Inspection: Buyers responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding.
9. Pickup: Items must be removed during scheduled times. Buyer responsible for loading.
10. Shipping: Shipping available on select items at buyer’s expense.
11. Bidder Responsibility: All bids are binding contracts. All sales final.
12. Default: Failure to pay may result in resale and legal action.
