The official list goes out 2 hours before we open on Friday, one hour before we open on Saturday and Sunday. Early birds may create a list to indicate their place in line, but those names must be transferred to the official list and all must be present at that time (you can't sign in at 6 am and leave--you can leave after you sign in at 8 am.)
We accept cash, credit cards ($10 min - no fee), Venmo and Zelle. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
All sales are final. Please, try it on, turn it on and inspect it before purchasing.
Buyers are responsible for having the necessary tools to dismantle furniture, load, and move the items purchased.
All items must be picked up by the end of the sale.
We have limited bags and wrap for fragile items, so please bring your own.
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading purchases. SBG staff are not available to help.
All sales are monitored through video surveillance.
If possible, leave the kids at home, otherwise please watch them and don’t let them run through house unsupervised.
No public bathrooms available.

We’re honored to host the estate of Col. Frank Cohn, a man whose life stretched across continents, conflicts, and extraordinary chapters of American history. His Jewish family fled Germany in 1938 when he was a young teen - days before Kristallnacht. Once eligible he answered the call and joined the U.S. Army during WWII, serving as an intelligence offer and participating in the Battle of the Bulge. Later in his military career he deployed to the conflicts in Korea and Vietnam before retiring as a highly decorated colonel.
This is a smaller, well‑curated sale, but every piece has weight and this 2-bedroom condo in a senior living center is full of wonderful items. You'll find German art, very nice men and women's coats St, Johns' suits, furniture (Stanley, Thomasville and Lane) in excellent condition, lots of vinyl, a barely used Tempur-pedic reclining bed, medical equipment, vintage glassware and beautiful home decor, two beautiful handmade Tai Ping rugs, and other collectibles and everyday household goods It’s a sale with both story and substance.
