Background:

Forrest Parker Sr was an "Avid Collector" of unique and beautiful items, African masks and figurines, shoes, clothing, albums, clocks and much more.......

Forrest was featured on Hoarders in 2021, and you are able to see Forrest and his family's poignant story in dealing with his hoarding disorder.

He passed away on January 1st, 2024.

Southern Accents is humbly honored to be assisting the family of Fredericksburg local "Hoarders" celebrity in liquidating the estate. 

We also knew Forrest as a customer, and our deepest condolences go out to his family.

This is not the first "hoarder" house we have conducted a sale at, but this is the first one that the story was shared on National TV.

We kindly request that you treat the estate, family, and memory of Forrest Parker Sr with respect and empathy.

About The Sale:

We will be conducting the sale in phases due to the sheer volume of items in the estate.

Phase 1 (22-25 FEB) Basement and Main Floor (half)

Phase 2 (TBD MAR) Main Floor, 2nd Floor, and Garage and lots of Clothes!

Shopping times will be longer than average which wait times may be excessive - We appreciate your patience!!

Furniture Pickup Dates will need to be determined at the time of the sale
