All items sell as is with no warranties expressed or implied by the seller or the auction firm. All descriptions given by the seller are believed to be true and accurate, however neither the seller nor the auction firm guarantees the accuracy of the descriptions. Onsite inspection is encouraged . Any and all bids placed are based on your interpretation of the information and pictures provided and or your personal inspection of the items, failure to inspect onsite does not exclude you from your responsibility to pay for any items won using your bidder login and information. By placing a bid you agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase said item at the price of your winning bid amount. No refund, exchange of goods, bid reduction or withdraw is not permitted. Your login and bidder information is the sole responsibility of the registered bidder. 

All items will be subject to a 10% buyers premium, 5% sales tax and credit card processing fees not to exceed 3%. CASH buyers that do not pickup within the scheduled pickup times will be subject to charging the credit card on file and an additional shipping charge added and shipped to the address associated with the registered bidder information provided.  Shipping is available at the buyers expense and will be an additional charge to the card on file.  IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT, it is your responsibility to provide a copy of the information to the auction firm PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE.
