Hornets Nest, Gloucester Downsizing Auction

1. All items are sold AS IS, where is condition. We will try our best to inform you about all possible flaws an item might have. All items are untested unless otherwise stated in the description. We recommend you come and preview the items if you are unsure.

2. Preview will be by phone appointment only. Call 757-869-3687 to set an appointment.

3. A 15% buyer’s premium will be in effect for all bids.

4. Items MUST be picked up within the scheduled pick-up date. A Sign-Up-Genius link will be sent via email with your settlement to reserve a time slot. Items not picked up will become the property of NBC AUCTIONS, LLC. We are not a storage facility!

5. There is no shipping for this auction.

6. A 7% Virginia Sales Tax will be charged on all items. If you are tax-exempt, you must send me a copy of your ST-10 form 3 days prior to the auction closing. nbcauctions@gmail.com

7. All sales and bids are final. All placed/won bids are considered a binding agreement to purchase at that price. Bids cannot be changed or altered. Credit cards will be charged the morning after the sale. If you plan to pay with cash, please contact us before the sale ends.

8. The buyer is responsible for bringing their own help. This includes people able to help remove items. Be prepared to have manpower, wrapping materials, boxes, tools to take apart large items, a dolly, and a large enough vehicle to accommodate all winning items. NBC AUCTIONS, LLC can only assist you in locating your items.
