 Original owners of this tri-level home in the heart of Westham - right off Patterson or River - have lived here since 1962 - so the house is a throw back to all things Mid Centry Modern! Furniture, art, lamps, toys, Pottery, BOOKS, patio furniture...all from the 1960's-1970's. 

Most of you will know the house because of the INSANE garden in the spring! The owner and his wife are local legends for their ability to grow and cultivate azeleas and ferns. Sadly you won't get to see this masterpiece in bloom - but you will get to reep the benefits of a lifetime study of plants! This library is not to be missed!  We have spent days sorting and organizing this collection - book lovers come ready with a box or two... 3 rooms full of books.

Inside - sectional sofa, MCM sofa chairs, MCM dressers, desks, dining set, vintage jewelry, old instruments,  computer parts, Lamps, Ikebana heaven, Clore Chairs, MCM Hickory CHair sofa, antique pine pieces, old toys, tools, Jelly cabinet, Kilm rug, Drexel dining set, dishes, rugs, quilts, and did I mention ...BOOKS?

Kitchen is PACKED full of fun - useful things. Desert Rose by Fransician Set, China, Crystal, BLENKO, appliances - to include fridge and washer and dryer, MCM table with Clore Chairs, COPPER!

Bedrooms are loaded with new and like new clothing, vintage pieces, 1960's HAT collection, SHOES, purses, and COATS! Burberry to Barbour and a lot in the middle. The clothing was an addition by the family - whose kids spent way too much money on super cute things they hardly wore! Great collection of handbags - Coach to Dooney - Classic MCM to modern day totes - some new with tags.

If you have a MCM spirit - and enjoy a good treasure hunt - you will love this sale.  We need to empty the house to get it ready for the spring market. She will be for sale as soon as the amazing garden comes to life!

Things to mention - this neighborhood is PILED high with walkers, bikers, kids, dogs...PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE be careful and park on one side of the road only. Also, the garden is really a work of art...brick paths line the way - but they are old bricks and not exactly level. PLEASE use the driveway or exercise extreme caution - we would hate for anyone to stumble or fall. This is a non smoking - pet free home.
