Terms
1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested.
2) There will be no preview for this auction.
3) Shipping is available on items that fit in a flat rate box for a $10 per item packaging fee plus the actual cost of shipping. It is a slow service. All packages will be insured all claims can be taken up with USPS not us. Items larger then a flat rate box must be picked up by a shipper during the designated pick up time. If they are not picked up they will be deemed abandoned.
4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time.
5) Pick ups will be Tuesday from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. If you tell us when you are coming we will have your items ready for pick up. All social distancing measures will be followed.
6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends.
7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt.

9) The buyer premium for this auction is 10%. There is no additional credit card fee.
10) Items not Picked up will be deemed abandoned there is no other pick up day. .
11) All bids are final. Bids cannot be removed, changed, or lowered once place. All bids are a binding agreement to purchase at that price.

This auction is to liquidate the restaurant equipment from a former Kilmarnock Main St Eatery. It was a restaurant on and off for many years. Approximately 18 months ago the kitchen was redone and many new pieces of equipment were added. The restaurant lasted only 6 months so some of this equipment has only been used for 6 months! It has now been sitting for a year not in use. The majority of the equipment we know was working when the restaurant was closed. We will offer preview Friday April 18th from 10am-12pm.
