As-Is Sale
By bidding in this auction, Buyers agree to purchase all lots, items, and merchandise sold by Damewood Auctioneers, LLC (“Auctioneer”) in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition. No warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, are made by the Auctioneer or the Seller.
Final Sale
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Disclosure & Buyer Responsibility
If the Auctioneer has knowledge of a material defect, it will be disclosed. Buyer agrees to hold harmless the Auctioneer and Seller from all claims relating to both obvious and unknown defects, including but not limited to: mechanical or electrical defects, powertrain issues, inaccurate or defective hour meters, title brands, oil or fluid leaks, cracks in metal, surface rust, frame or unibody rust, vehicle history issues, defective heat or air conditioning, scratches, cuts, or stains to wood or upholstery, and seat damage.
Buyer acknowledges that the Auctioneer does not operate or test drive all mechanical units prior to the auction. Buyer is solely responsible for determining the fitness, condition, and suitability of any item or lot and shall bid accordingly.
Inspection / Preview
Bidders and Buyers are strongly encouraged to attend the Auction Preview. By failing to attend the Auction Preview, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the increased risk of purchasing an item with obvious or hidden defects.
Bidding Rights
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and reserves the right to bid on any lot or lots.
Online Bidding Disclaimer
Online bidders acknowledge that technical issues, software malfunctions, or internet disruptions may occur and may prevent bids from being received or recognized by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer is not responsible for missed or failed bids due to such issues.
Disputes & Final Authority
The Auctioneer has sole discretion and authority to declare any lot “Sold.” In the event of a dispute between bidders, or if a bid is received after a lot is declared sold, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final and absolute.
Buyer Default
In the event of Buyer default or failure to pay for a purchased lot, the Auctioneer reserves the right to bar that Buyer from participating in future auctions.
If you do not agree to these Auction Terms and Conditions, do not bid on any item or lot in this auction.
BUYER’S PREMIUM, TAXES & FEES
All auction lots are subject to a 15% Buyer’s Premium, with a 5% discount for cash, wire transfer, or check payments.
All purchases, excluding titled vehicles and trailers, are subject to a 6% Virginia state sales tax. Buyers may present a valid sales tax exemption certificate at the time of payment to waive sales tax.

REMOVAL

Payment is due in full by following the Auction, unless prior written approval has been granted by the Auctioneer.

Buyers must provide their own labor, equipment, straps, chains, and pallets for removal. . The Auctioneer and Seller are not obligated to assist with manual loading or removal.
Buyers assume all responsibility for any damage to property during removal. No item may be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.

PAYMENTS
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, wire transfer, or credit card.
Wire Transfers: Buyers paying by wire transfer must initiate the transfer by 12:00 PM on the day following the auction.
Credit Cards: By paying with a credit card, Buyers affirm and agree that they will not initiate a chargeback. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse credit card payments for titled vehicles or invoices exceeding $2,500.
The Auctioneer may require proof of funds for check payments or require wire transfer for transactions of $5,000 or more.
Vehicle titles may be held until cash or wire payments have fully cleared.
The credit card used at registration will be pre-authorized for $99 (shown as a pending charge from Damewood Auctioneers). This is not a charge and will automatically drop off after the auction.
ALL BIDS ARE FINAL
All bids recognized by the Auctioneer, the Auctioneer’s bidding app, or any third-party online bidding platform constitute a binding contract between Buyer and Seller. The Auctioneer will not remove bids on behalf of bidders.

1957 Pontiac Bonneville
Vin: P857H33258. 1957 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible, Assembled in Pontiac, Michigan. Complete rebuild on the 347 CID Pontiac V8 engine, now with Tri-Power. Currently outfitted with TriPower manifold and (3 total) 2-Jet carburetors. This car has an Offenhauser Intake. Strato-Flight Hydra-Matic 4-speed automatic transmission, which was rebuilt in 2014. Multiple Car show All Around Winner. Car has been through a complete Frame-off Restoration of all running gear and powertrain. Car comes with working air conditioning, working power windows, and a spot light on driver's side. The radiator has been changed from original, and there is a new exhaust. Pictures of hood-side under cover chrome coming.

Vin: E54S002446, 1954 Chevrolet Corvette, #2,446 of 3,640. Made in St. Louis, Missouri. 235 CID Chevy "Blue Flame" inline six with (3) single Carter carburetors (150–155 HP, depending on production date). Block number 057-7-669F54YG. Three speed manual transmission. Rear design is right for this car with leaf springs and rear end housing. Paint is bubbling on multiple panels as photographed due to solvent bubbling. Left side of hood latch is not latching property and will need adjusting.

1958 Pontiac Chieftain
Vin: C558H3059, Unfinished Restoration - 1958 Pontiac Chieftain. 370 CI V8 - completely rebuilt with an upgraded Tri-Power Manifold and Carburetor. Automatic 4-speed Strato Flight 4 speed transmission. Frame off restoration- floor board has ben rewelded, all running gear, powertrain and body work completed. Will need some attention to the paint in a few spots, including passenger front fender. Interior not finished but most parts including the material to complete the door panels and seats included. All moldings and convertible top HW included (may be a few missing pieces, cannot confirm). Additional pictures of parts.
