All sales are final. Ararity Auctions endeavors to accurately describe and photograph all items being sold, however, all items are provided as is, where is, and with all faults without any warranties. All property is offered and sold in as-is/where-is condition at the time of the auction, with all faults, including any hidden defects of any nature. Ararity Auctions does not make any guarantee on the representation of an item, condition, correctness of titles or descriptions, genuinity of any items, attribution to artists or designers, period of the item, value, source, authenticity, and/or any other aspect or characteristic of such property. Any statement, written or verbal, in the catalog, in a condition report, or stated before, during or after the auction, or written or stated elsewhere, as to physical condition, history or provenance, origin, age, source, measurements, size, weight, quality, imperfections or damage, authorship or artistry, where an item has been displayed, exhibited or previously sold, or as to the items value or any other feature of the item, are statements of opinion and not representations or warranties. The bidder acknowledges that in no event shall Ararity Auctions or its employees be held liable for any damages, including without limitation, compensatory, incidental, or consequential damage. The bidder also agrees by bidding with Ararity Auctions to hold Ararity Auctions and its employees harmless for errors or omissions. These disclaimers shall apply to the fullest extent of the law. In the case that a bidders jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain limitations of liability for damages, some of the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you. Ararity Auctions or its employees do not make any representation or warranty on behalf of Ararity Auctions. Ararity Auctions assumes no liability for damages by the failure or disruption of online services through LiveAuctioneers.
All items must be picked up by 15 days of auction end. Any items remaining in our possession after this point will be deemed forfeit and subject to relist or disposal with no refunds offered. We are happy to work with our bidders on longer-term storage if communication has been established.
You agree that any provided photographs of lot(s) are adequate for your purposes and you have had fair opportunity to ask questions of Ararity Auctions. Please note catalog photos may have had modifications via processing or otherwise that may, in some cases, cause variation in color or appearance.

Ararity Auctions functions as a sales intermediary for individuals, estates, and trusts, facilitating the consigned property's sale. By participating in this auction and placing a bid on a lot, you are forfeiting any rights to retract your final bid once the item(s) or lot is declared sold or to annul the contract formed as a result of the final auction sale.
Ararity Auctions and/or its consigners reserve the right to use all available methods to rectify non-payment or non-compliance with these terms and conditions. These terms nor any provision hereof may be modified, amended, or waived except by written permission of Ararity Auctions. If any term, provision, part of a provision, or sentence within these terms is deemed invalid, illegal, unenforceable by any rule or law, or contrary to public policy, such provision, part, or sentence shall be severed from these terms. All remaining conditions and provisions will continue to be fully effective and enforceable.

Description & Details
This month's auction features a diverse selection of fine antique paintings, including oil, watercolor and acrylic pieces, most from one collector's estate. Included from the same collector:
estate silver and fine gold gemstone Jewelry. Among the 18K gold pieces is a stunning large 45 carat amethyst & diamond pendant. Art includes sculptures by Helaine Blumenfeld, a print by Robert Rauschenberg, a David Levine watercolor and a DL felt pen drawing. The antique paintings include sporting subjects, hunting dogs and racing pigeons. Well-listed Western and Native American landscape paintings are included, along with native pottery and other ancient/antique tribal items. Chinese (and other Asian) artifacts are very well represented, including Ming and Qing pottery and porcelain, bronzes, plus a few very old giltwood carved statues, seven archaic floor jars, carved wood alter tables and much more. Antique water droppers are offered with no reserves. In fact, everything is offered without reserves. We have carved 16th-18thC Asian stone statues, Russian icons, a large Rose Medallion porcelain dinner set, and good American and English antique period furniture. The MCM category includes: two fine Edmund Spence Wavefront Birch dressers, an Ib-Kofod Larsen teak sideboard, pieces by Adrian Pearsall, plus other notable mid-century items. There is only one audio listing, but it's a good one: Bose 901 speakers. Also offered: Original Audubon Imperial Folio animal prints, and a fantastic, rare original 19thC folio framed print of Boston Harbor. Victorian Wire and Lead ornamental garden pieces, a cased green shade double student lamp, and a rare 19thC English & Prussian Royalty Cabinet Card album round out this eclectic auction event. A fantastic sale for every type of collector. This description was written without using AI.
