Diane’s Divine Dwelling Estate Sale

Over 5,000 Square feet of Furniture, Home Decor, Rugs, Art & more….the couple are downsizing and there are lots of great pieces that they do not have room for. 

We don’t start staging & pricing until July 21st - just get these dates in your diary.

‼️Disclaimer: we try our best to ensure that what is in the photos will be there the day of the sale — however, these items are not owned by us - they belong to the homeowner until 9:59 a.m. the day of the Estate Sale. I do say that once we start taking photos & posting them that they should not remove an item but they do not always listen. Requests are made by the current homeowners, the new homeowners, even by the realtors who are involved. Sometimes rooms are closed off because they are full of items that are not to be sold, or pieces are tagged with Stays with House - if it is a big piece, it could be seen in photos/videos, so I will do my best to point that out. The homeowners sometimes negotiate with the buyers before we come on site. What we will start doing is - if an item is not to be sold, after the photo has been posted, we will make a separate post about that particular item. Hope this helps. ‼️
