The family has added additional items, including some furniture, and everything is discounted!  All items 50% off or make a reasonable offer, unless marked FIRM, and all items marked under $5 are $1.  List and photos will be added by Wednesday evening.  There are still lots of great items in this home!

All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any other announcements, whether written or verbal.  

TERMS:

* Payment accepted in the form of cash, check, or major credit card. 
* Sales tax is collected on all sales, unless you have a valid reseller's ID on file.
* All items must be removed the day of the sale.  Blue Ribbon Auction Services will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items.
* $50 returned check fee.
* All items sold as is/where is - no warranty expressed or implied.
* Blue Ribbon Auction Services reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days.
