* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.

* 6% Virginia Sales Tax will be added for those not tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, email a photo of your tax exempt form to Rachel.htgestates@gmail.com.

* 10% Buyers Premium

* CREDIT CARDS ONLY ACCEPTED; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If winner's card is declined, winner will need to Contact Rachel with another credit card (Bid price+Premium+tax). If winner does not pay within 5 days of auction ending item will be relisted to another auction or donated.

* PICK UP will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after the auction. No appointment needed. 

Times will be emailed to winner with invoice, if winner is unable to pick up during those times they will need to make an appointment, this must be done within five (5) days after the auction. 

If items are not picked up or not scheduled to be shipped those items will NOT BE REFUNDED and are eligible to be reauctioned or donated.

**Please bring packing materials for your purchased items.**

*SHIPPING will be available for smaller items, items will be marked "Shipping Available" in the auction. If items DO NOT HAVE "Shipping Available" winner will need to pick those items up. 

Everyone that lives outside of Virginia will automatically be shipped unless Rachel is notified otherwise by noon (Eastern Time) Thursday after the sale. If you live in Virginia please contact Rachel if you would like shipping. Shipping cost plus $2.99 handling fee will be charged to winner's credit card. Items will be packaged then shipped through UPS ground within 5 business days.
