*Internet is spotty at this location. We will accept credit cards if the internet is working but it is not a guarantee so we suggest bringing cash for all your purchases. We WILL NOT have anyone available to help you remove or load items in your vehicle, so please bring your own help.

*We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS while you are on the property.

*No food, drinks, backpacks, large purses, or totes. Please leave them in your vehicle until checkout or give them to the cashier upon entering the sale.

*If you bring a child with you, they must remain at your side the entire time you are at the sale. Any breakage by your child or yourself will be your responsibility.

*No pets of any type allowed at any time.

Description & Details

At this sale we have a huge quantity of Folk Art pieces, Brandywine Woodcraft houses, Christmas, Halloween, Patriotic items, baskets, bird houses, artificial plants, trees, including decorated miniature Christmas trees.

We have a vintage Singer sewing machine, Corning ware Pyrex, as well as some vintage kitchen appliances. Grandfather clock, antique spinning wheel, secretary desk, military patches and Warwick High yearbooks and memorabilia, pins, and high school ring from the 1950’s.

Included in this sale will be Sterling and 10k and 14k jewelry, some with gemstones.

There is a beautiful Hoosier cabinet complete with the flour bin, oak dining table with chairs, several TV’s, 2 bedrooms full of furniture, living room, and den with complete furnishings, wrought iron bistro set and yard ornaments outside and throughout the house and inside the garage is a large assortment of artificial wreaths, swags, sprays and trees. The garage also has some goodies for the guys.

First day of sale there will be minimal discounts if any, but day two most everything will be priced at 50% off original prices. Items priced at $1 the first day will be 2 for $1 the second day.

*All purchased items must be picked up by 3pm on Saturday. Any items not picked up by the deadline will be considered abandoned and become the property of the seller.
