SIGN IN SHEET:
- We will have a sign in sheet outside an hour before the sale by the entrance door
- First come, first served

HOLDING ITEMS:
- Due to limited room, we cannot provide a holding area for this sale
- Please purchase your items, take them to your vehicle, and come back to shop for more

DISCOUNTS:
- First day, items are priced as marked
- Discounts will be updated here and through our text chain at the end of each sale day

PAYMENT/FEES:
- 6% Sales Tax added to every purchase
- Cash and Exact Change preferred and Cards accepted
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, items broken by patrons must be purchased
- Pricing info will not be given out prior to the sale
- Everything is sold as-is and all sales are final

HEAVY/LARGE ITEMS AND FURNITURE:
- Please bring help/tools to disassemble and load large/heavy items to your car
- We do not offer moving assistance or help disassembling items
- We are not responsible for any accidents
