Please check merchandise for any defects, prior to paying. All sales final, no refunds or returns for any reason. No checks. NO PETS ALLOWED. You will be held responsible for any damage or breakage so if bringing children you must keep them with you at all times while on the premises. All purchased items must be removed from the premises prior to 3pm on Nov. 1st. Any items not picked up by that time will be forfeited and become the property of the seller. You must bring your own help for removing items from the house and loading them into your vehicle. Seller or their employees are not responsible for any accidents. No backpacks or large totes or bags while in the house. We are limited on boxes and packing so you may want to bring your own and leave them in your vehicle until after purchase.
