This estate is located in a complex with reserved parking spaces by number. Please only park in parking spaces marked as "Guest" and refrain from parking in numbered spots. Reserved numbered parking spots are available for loading and for those with mobility issues only.

We are not responsible for accidents or any injury as the grounds are potentially hazardous. By entering the property you are doing so at your own risk. Please use care on steps, while walking the grounds, outbuildings and in the home.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Cash preferred and Credit / Debit Cards accepted with additional fee NO CHECKS. Parking is available on property. Please only use the driveway for loading etc. Property is currently occupied until the day of the sale. Numbers will be handed out at 8:30a if needed.
