All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Cash preferred and Credit / Debit Cards accepted with additional fee NO CHECKS. Parking is available on property. Please only use the driveway for loading etc. Property is currently occupied until the day of the sale. Numbers will be handed out at 8:30a if needed.

Pay only the staff at the clearly marked payment table. Receipts can be given for all purchased items.

Great little two day sale with a great mix of items! This one popped up on me and will be the third one this month! This sale will include loads of vintage clothing including 1980's-1990's t-shirts, men and women's clothing. Also included will be vintage audio equipment, vinyl, speakers and more! There is all of the standard house hold items, furniture, appliances, and some excellent pieces. Cast iron skillets, vintage kitchen items and some really neat stuff will be included. Not a huge sale but, a little of everything and a well balanced sale. The pictures are just a sample of what's to be offered and a tight timeline on this one but we will be ready! I only snapped a few pics and am out of town on business until Sunday. I will be sure to post more pictures and better shots as soon as time allows. PLEASE CHECK BACK! Two days only and we are motivated to sell it all!
