Tomorrow is the start of Meadowbrook Onsite Estate Sale   Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important details 

Address:4812 Cogbill Rd    
Friday 3/7 & Saturday 3/8 10am-3pm 
Things to remember: 

DO NOT PARK ON COGBILL RD, IT IS NOT SAFE! PARK IN THE PARKING LOT OF MEADOWBROOK HIGHSCHOOL ACROSS THE STREET! 

Payments accepted, Cash, Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or PayPal and Credit Cards. All payments other than cash have a 4% convenience fee.

Contents of estate and garage

The last entrance to the estate is 20 mins before closing to allow time to shop and also allow us to wrap up at closing time. 

Any item unpriced bring to Angela @ check out for price. 

PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED.

All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

No earlybirds please although you are welcome to start a line outside of the estate at anytime. The entry is first come, first serve. No numbers.

Please bring packing supplies or bags, all bags are subjected to inspection.
