• Friday:  11 - 4 PM
• Saturday: 9 - 3 PM, *25% Off
• Sunday:  9 - 3 PM, *50% Off 

    *some exclusions apply
 

⚠️ Gated Community Access Rules

• Entry Times:
• You may enter the gates no earlier than 9:00 AM on Friday
• You may enter the gates no earlier than 8:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday.

• Vehicle Restrictions:
• Commercial vehicles, trailers, utility vehicles, and moving trucks must use the 2nd gate.
• No commercial vehicles, trailers, utility vehicles, and moving truck are allowed at all on Sunday.

🚗 Parking Rules:
Follow parking instructions or be towed

• Park on odd numbered side of the road (opposite of sale)
• You must park with all 4 tires on the road (no tires on grass)
• No Parking in or around the cul-de-sac/medians
• Do not block driveways or mailboxes
• Driveway is for loading and handicap
