Terms: Cash and checks with proper ID. We can accept many electronic payments, but a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total. If you are a reseller, please have reseller number. 6% sales tax will be applied to your purchase if you are not tax exempt.

Please bring help to move furniture, we are not staffed to move large items. We can provide numbers for local moving assistance. We can be flexible on furniture pick up due to weather, but payment must be made at time of purchase.

Thanks to those that came to this sale, The home is a treasure! Beautiful cabin style home on the water! A unique mix of furnishings and decor, home is full! A Navy family with some great military and nautical items.
