Terms: Cash and checks with proper ID. We can accept many electronic payments, but a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total. If you are a reseller, please have reseller number. 6% sales tax will be applied to your purchase if you are not tax exempt.

Please bring help to move furniture, we are not staffed to move large items. We can provide numbers for local moving assistance. Furniture must be removed by Tuesday, 2PM unless other arrangements have been made. .

Welcome- It's Estate Sale Day!  We will be giving numbers at 9AM for entry at 10AM.  May need to limit number of people given space constraints of second floor. 

Fabulous personal items from former antiques dealer and seller of Biggs and Kittinger furniture.  Part 1 was conducted in November in the home.  Part 2 has moved offsite to accommodate the sale of the home.  

Many new and fabulous pieces for Part 2!  (Many items removed from the house before the last sale). There are some furniture pieces also available from Part 1 as well. We will need to arrange an appointment to see as they are located in the  Cypress Point home. Net proceeds from the Sauers' estate will benefit CHKD.
