2) Separate email from SHIPPING SAINT to confirm APPOINTMENT FOR PICKUP ONLY! This sale DOES NOT have a SHIPPING OPTION!
Items located in a 2-story home on a VERY SMALL CUL-DE-SAC. Parking is tight due to parking on both sides! Arrive on time — no late pickups. Auction pickup is 9am - 1pm and will close at 1pm. BRING HELP WITH HEAVY ITEMS. We cannot assist with loading.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Maintenance of Payment Information. In order to place a bid, you must have valid payment information stored in your profile. By providing your credit/debit card information to Caring Transitions, you irrevocably authorize Caring Transitions to charge your primary card on file for the total purchase amount of any winning bid plus any fees associated with the purchase of the item, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date. If you win, you must pick up your item(s).
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges may be revoked indefinitely. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. Small items not picked up are subject to a $50 removal fee. Large items not picked up may be subject to a $180 per hour charge with a 2-hour minimum. FRAUD (credit card, mail fraud or any other type) will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Bring necessary tools and help for pick-up. Loading help is NOT available. This is a two-story house.
Payment receipts are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed and your payment has been processed. In the event your payment cannot be fully processed, full payment must be received within 24 hours or your items will be resold and your bidding privileges will be revoked. The full address for pick-up will be on the winning bidders invoices. If you do not receive a copy of your invoice via email, please log into your account on CTBids and visit Invoices/Receipts.
All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto-charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount. Purchases of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. The remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller.
SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING OFFERED ON This sale. The shipping department is closed. It will reopen on the next sale.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up. Items cannot be removed from the location without payment.
An 18% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions of Virginia Beach East does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Electronics have been plugged in and turned on but not tested. Dimensions given may be approximate.
Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.

Caring Transitions of Virginia Beach East is taking the following steps to prevent fraud:

In the event of a payment failure or if an add-on invoice is needed, our team will reach out to you. After we contact you, you must respond for clarification within 12 hours or we reserve the right to consider your bid retracted and may move to the next buyer.
Purchases over $5,000 will be auto-charged 10% of the total invoice. To provide the remaining balance, a certified check is required at pick-up or must be received prior to shipment of the item. If value is over $900 for all lots, you will be required to provide a valid ID and take a photo with the lot(s) to prove pick-up.
For shipped lots, USPS signature confirmation is required for packages over $500.
