The address for the LIVE AUCTION is 622 Rolfe Highway, Wakefield, VA 23888. The Blackwater Run Horse Farm is 3 miles from the light in Wakefield. Watch for the red and black Auction flags and the signs.
15% Buyer's Premium added to the Hammer Price.
5.3% Virginia Sales Tax collected.
For online Bidders, all major credit cards accepted with a 3% fee.
For in-person Bidders on June 14, the following payment methods are accepted. Cash accepted. Zelle cash app accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. We reserve the right to make a copy of your Drivers' License when you register to Bid.
If you are Tax Exempt, you must have a VA Tax Exempt form on file before you purchase. Bring the form in person or email the form in advance to: allintradingandauctions@ gmail.com.
This is a Simulcast Auction. The online auction will begin June 4th and run until June 14th at 10:00 AM when it will be both Online and Live. The website for the Online Auction will be posted by June 4th. The Online Auction is posted on HiBid and is entitled: Virginia Horse Farm Estate Auction. The zip code for the Auction is 23888. The Live Auction is being held at Blackwater Run Horse Farm three miles outside of Wakefield, VA. The exact address will be published a few days before the LIVE Auction.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at the Live Auction take precedence over all other announcements. We have made every reasonable effort to accurately describe the items. Bring help to lift heavy items. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AT BUYER’S with Williamsburg Pac & Ship. Ask for Sydney.
Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property. The Auction will be conducted in the 10-stall barn. Please bring your own folding chairs, as we will not have any available.
Items to be removed during the Live Auction. Pick-up available on Sunday, June 15 from Noon to 4:00 PM. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. We understand that you may need to make arrangements with a Moving Company. Any items not picked up by 6/16/25 (unless Prior Arrangement made for a later pick-up in person or for Shipping with Williamsburg PAC & Ship-see below) will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.
Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.
Shipping will be available at the Buyer’s Expense. We have made arrangements with Williamsburg PAC & Ship in Williamsburg, VA, and they are prepared to assist with pick-up and Shipping of your items at your expense. THE ADDRESS FOR THE LIVE AUCTION IS 622 ROLFE HIGHWAY, WAKEFIELD, VA 23888. THE BLACKWATER RUN FARM IS 3 MILES FROM THE SINGLE STOPLIGHT IN WAKEFIELD. THERE ARE TWO PREVIEWS FOR THE AUCTION: FRIDAY, JUNE 13, NOON TO 4:00 PM AND SATURDAY, JUNE 14, 8:00 AM TO 10:00 AM. THE LIVE SIMULCAST AUCTION WILL START AT 10:00 AM. THE ONLINE AUCTION IS ON HIBID: VIRGINIA HORSE FARM ESTATE AUCTION.
The Auction will take place in the 10-stall horse barn. Please bring your own folding chairs, as we don't have seating. There will be light Concessions and Porta-potties available. The address IS published on June 12. The LIVE Auction is 3 miles outside of Wakefield.
Live Bidder Registration and Preview begins at 8:00 AM on 6/14. The Auction will begin LIVE promptly at 10:00 AM and will go until we finish! We will ask for your Driver's License and will make a copy of it for our records when you Register to Bid. Payment methods and details described above under Terms and Conditions.

This was once a working horse farm. The homeowner is selling all of the saddles, tack, the John Lyons round pin, and everything in the barn that isn't nailed down! And we are selling a tremendous collection of horse-related decor and collectible items! We have everything from a signed French bronze horse statue from 1868, to 14 saddles, loads of tack, beautiful decor with horse designs, and too much to list!

- Seven Western saddles, including a Lot of Four Billy Cook items-lovely Show Saddle by Billy Cook purchased in 1996, including the horse blanket, headstall, and breastplate. Lovely silver tone accents, beautiful leather.
