6% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. Zelle cash app accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License. If you are Tax Exempt, you must have a VA Tax Exempt form on file before your purchase.

Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Bring help to lift items over 20 pounds as we are not able to assist.

We will pass out numbers beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday 4/25. We will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.

Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items must be removed no later than Monday, 4/28/2025. Any items not picked up by 4/28/25 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.

Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.

We also have Movers ready to move your items at your expense. Details to follow.

LLC is excited to be Historic Yorktown for this special Estate Sale!  Our client was a True Free Spirit with a wonderful eye for Fun and Eclectic decor and furnishings!  Every inch of this home has been specially curated with unique decor.  This Estate Sale is the epitome of a Treasure Hut! We have over 100 pieces of furniture, loads of artwork, costume jewelry, rugs, vinyl albums, CDs, and hundreds (maybe thousands) of small decor items!

This special home showcases the client’s fun Bohemian spirit.  You might call this “A Hippy House” because a lot of the decor captures the Free Love time of the 60’s.  Then there is all of the Native American and Tribal decor and Art.  And finally all of this is wrapped up in a funky, quirky Nautical vibe that is right at home in Yorktown so close to Yorktown Beach.

We are steps away from Yorktown Beach and the Coleman Bridge!  The address will be published right before the Estate Sale!  
PLEASE NOTE:  Parking is going to be a challenge.  We will pass out numbers of Friday, April 25, beginning at 8:00 AM.  We will allow the first 30 folks in, and as the crowd disperses, we will allow others in.  This is a Reverse Floor Plan home with the Living Room and Kitchen upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs.  The  jewelry is located in Bedroom Two and Bedroom Three (which are downstairs on the first floor.)  Only one piece of jewelry per customer at a time.  We will provide baskets for you to collect your jewelry, and we will hold it for you until purchase.
