As is where is with any and all faults all sales are final. We accept Cash Venmo and local check. The parking spot in front of house are for loading only. Not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. Not responsible for any accidents. If necessary numbers will be give if more than 70 people are waiting for sale to start. It's a judgment call at 830 am. Bring help to load larger items. No deliveries and no holds. We have a no bag policy we have baskets to use. All bags will be subject to search if necessary.

We are excited to be hosting this sale. A life's collection the Viereck estate. The Estate of Phillip & Ellen Viereck is being sold and its time to rehome a life's collection. Both were very well known here in Vermont and in Alaska. Phillip was an author and his wife Ellen was an amazing watercolor and print artist. We will be offering many things from both the artist and author. This charming 1800s farmhouse has tons of wonderful treasures from antiques, other artists works like Milfred Zornes, books, bennington pottery, griswald cast iron, many tools, antique blanket boxes, artist supplies, ceramics, linens. This house and its out buildings have a lot to see. (plan on spending a few minutes to see it all) we will continue to uncover the treasures and post a few more pics of this absolutely amazing & packed family home.
