The sale will run two days Friday and Saturday March 7th and 8th from 9am to 4pm each day
50% off all items from 1-4 on March 8th.
Cards, cash and Venmo accepted.
A 3.5% charge will be made with the use of any bank or credit cards.
Sales tax will be collected.
No pre-sales or holds or phone calls, please.
Items sold first come, first served.
At 1:00 the 2nd day March 8th everything will be marked down 50% off.
All sales are FINAL - no returns or refunds.
Items are sold as is with NO guarantees or warranties.
Seller is NOT liable for any damage or injuries to persons/properties in or outside the home.
Please remember to BRING your own MUSCLE for large items.
The staff does not move any large items especially large ones.
Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags.
Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items.
All large items must be picked up by the purchaser BEFORE the last hour of the last day of the sale.
A sign-up list will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (Not Online).
Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows.
No early entry.
No customer lists will be honored.
Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a seller’s associate will not be accepted.
Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with the seller will be deemed forfeited with no refunds being made.
Seller is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales.
Once the sale is over, the items are no longer available.
