This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed.

There is a renter on the property who is also acting armed security. This sale is in the shop and NOT THE HOUSE. Do not disturb the onsite renter at the house for any reason.

This is a lifetime collection belonging to a vintage hotrod car guy. The sale will be a collection, 75 years in the making, of his tools, car parts, soda, and other various items found at garage sales and swap meets. A couple highlights you can expect to find are a Jukebox and a cool old 50's soda fountain among many other treasures. Said collector was an automotive upholsterer. This upholstery shop/garage is absolutely packed!!! Every single drawer is full to the brim. This guy was crafty and utilized every single inch of his three + car shop and upholstery shop. On top of that he was a Mariners fan since day 1 and collected autographs at spring training every year. Bring your bags and flashlight.

There is a soda fountain and jukebox shown in the photos. They are included in the sale but they are not available during the sale. Offers are being accepted and viewing arrangements can be made at the sale.
