2. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping/delivery arrangements. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.
3. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pickup of your purchases on the scheduled pickup date, unless you have made prior shipping/delivery arrangements. *Alternate pick up times can sometimes be arranged, please message us prior to the scheduled pick up time*
4. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, basement or out-building.
5. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured. All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount. Purchases over five thousand dollars ($5,000) will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. Remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller; invoice must be paid in full before receiving a receipt for items won. If delivery or shipping is offered by Seller, then you must select your desired item receipt method on the receipt upon the close of the sale. A shipping or delivery invoice will be created, and charges will be discussed between you and the Seller; a shipping or delivery invoice must be paid before receiving items. If you do not elect a fulfillment method and do not pick the item(s) up during the scheduled pickup time outlined on the Seller location Terms and Conditions or your Receipt, Caring Transitions reserves the right to charge your payment method on file for the greater of the total purchase price of the item plus any applicable handling and shipping charges or a $40.00 restocking fee and may ship the item to your address of record. You hereby expressly grant Caring Transitions the right to hold a winning item until confirmation of cleared funds has been received by Caring Transitions.
Winning bidders with questions on payment should reference the Knowledge Base or contact the Seller.
6. If we do not hear from you by the payment deadline, your items will forfeited & resold to the next highest bidder. Additionally, your bidding privileges may be revoked.
7. Shipping is EXPENSIVE and only available for SOME ITEMS at the Buyer's expense. $15 in handling charges for the 1st lot and $5 for each additional lot will be added to your shipping invoice. If you live within Washington State and need shipping you must contact us otherwise we will assume you will pick up your item(s).
8. Not all Lots can be shipped. If you require shipping, please reach out to MillCreekBDR@caringtransitions.com to inquire and let us know you will need shipping.
9. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the Estate without Payment. Therefore, if Total Payment is not received before the Local Pickup date & time, the items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges may be revoked.
10. The exact address of the scheduled pickup will be on the invoice/receipt e-mailed after the auction closes.
11. All items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. No refunds will be given.
12. A 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
13. We have made every effort to describe Lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS, and where is. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.
14. Listings times have a soft close. Extra time may be added to ending times to allow bidders more time to win. This will give you time to receive an outbid notification and place a higher bid and mimics what happens in a live auction where the auctioneer asks for any last bids before making the sale.
Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.

Pickups will be held Tuesday, August 5th from 10am to 3:30pm. The turn into the driveway is easily missed but is marked with a brown sign that reads: Cooper. This is a long one way gravel driveway with no turnaround access for oversized vehicles so please plan accordingly.
Follow the skinny gravel driveway up to the home. There will be staff on site to direct you.
