A sign-up list will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (Not Online). Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. No customer lists will be honored. Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted. Cash and card are accepted. Sales tax will be collected. No refunds or returns - all sales are final. Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.

This Bothell estate sale is a beautifully layered home filled with artwork from around the world, elegant furnishings and thoughtful decorative accents throughout.
Artwork is a true highlight, with original oils including Venetian Canal Alley by Hiko and Ouro Preto, Brazil by Milton Passos, floral still lifes by Karen Winberg Morisset and an extensive collection of framed watercolors, prints and mixed media depicting cities and landscapes across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Persian silk paintings of stories from the Quran, Brussels Bouquet wall tapestries, and a hand woven wool tapestry add texture, history and visual interest.
Decorative accents range from blown art glass fruit and vegetables and colorful art glass marbles to carved wood figures, Embu Brazil architectural plaques and Brazilian folk art terracotta figurines by Maria Santina.
Furniture offerings blend classic and comfortable styles, including a Regency style sideboard with leaded glass doors, campaign style china hutch, Mid Century rosewood dining set, Chinese rosewood tables and Ekornes Stressless lounge chairs with ottomans. Finishing touches include an Italian Rococo style gilt mirror, area rugs and well-chosen accent pieces.
Seasonal, kitchen and dining areas feature holiday favorites, glassware, small appliances, cookbooks and serving pieces, along with electronics, DVDs and puzzles.
