We place a sign up sheet at some sales to allow folks to avoid standing in line. We will make you aware of each sales 'rules' in each sales description. We never allow 'early birds' or 'pre-sales' so when the doors open, everyone has the same chance (especially if they signed up or stood outside waiting).

This small little house is packed to the brim with items collected by the owner over a 98 year lifetime! She was actually nurse to the Saudi Royal family for over a decade and as a result has a lot of incredible items from the middle east - and beyond!

There are the typical kitchen items of course, outdoor furniture, office items, books, curved screen large screen TV and mid century furniture but it is all mixed with artifacts and treasures from around the world. Amazing clothes (gold thread!), Persian rugs, art, brass & copper urns, hand carved chess set, Yamaha stereo system and speakers, high end adjustable bed, high end clothing and coats and more! Almost brand new stacking washer/dryer (used 5 times). Original Spencer Tart Watercolors.

As mentioned, this is a small house and it's packed so it won't be easy to roam around. We ask for patience while you shop. We will have our standard hold table - but that is smaller than normal also, so best to buy the items you want and lock them in your vehicle as soon as you can. The parking in front is accessed by a single lane driveway off Tolt Hill Road, so we urge caution there too - the key for this sale is patience - and you will be rewarded. It's a lovely location in the trees - so you will enjoy.

One day sale only, so anything purchased will need to be removed by the end of the sale.
