This is a family run sale. We are advertising this for a family friend so Brown Tag Estate Sales will not be involved is the setup or days of sales! We are still setting up this sale and will be adding more information and photographs as the week goes. To ensure orderly service, there will be a sign-up sheet for entry on each day. It will be available outside at the front of the Garage at the the address published prior to the sale. Please sign yourself up--and take a snapshot of the list to ensure accuracy and for your own information. If you purchase heavy or unwieldy items, please try to provide your own help to handle them. Bring your own bags, boxes and wrap--we will have some, but not much. Arrive prepared to dig; there are boxes UNDER and BEHIND tables as well as on the walls and the grounds of the sale site. Most items will not be priced so please ask for help from our staff. Cash & Venmo only-
