Terms & Conditions
1. At Hidden Treasure Auctions, we strive to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of all items listed for auction. The condition of each item is carefully evaluated by our expert partners. We encourage all bidders to carefully review the descriptions and photographs provided for each item. Hidden Treasure Auctions makes no warranties of any kind related to the information presented in any listing. Hidden Treasure Auctions further makes no warranties, either express or implied, relating to the value, marketability or condition of the lot described in any listing. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding the condition of a particular item, please contact us for more information.
2. Most items are sold unreserved. When reserves are present, they are set at or below the minimum estimated range. Hidden Treasure Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid not commensurate with the value of the item being sold. The reserve will not exceed the low estimate of the lot. High and Low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and Hidden Treasure Auctions makes no warranties of any kind relating to them.
3. All sales conducted through our auctions are final. By placing a bid and winning an item, the buyer agrees to complete the purchase without the possibility of cancellation or refund. By participating in our auctions, buyers acknowledge and accept these terms. Sending an email or inquiry does not constitute the cancellation of a sale. Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been received. Orders where a partial or full shipment has already been processed cannot be canceled.
4. All on-line auction fees to be paid by the bidder.
5. All bidders must register prior to placing bids. By registering, bidders agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
6. Bids can be placed online through the auction platform. Please note that in Timed Auctions, absentee bids cannot be retracted less than 2 hours prior to the listed auction start time. The highest bid at the close of the auction period will be deemed the winning bid, provided it meets or exceeds the reserve price (if any).
7. Winning bidders will be notified via email with instructions on how to complete their purchase.
8. If the winning bidder fails to pay for an item within the specified timeframe, Hidden Treasure Auctions reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-list it in a future auction. Non-payment will result in a dispute filed against the winning bidder.
9. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify Hidden Treasure Auctions within five (5) calendar days of the delivery date, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.
10. To initiate a defect claim, please contact Hidden Treasure Auctions and include:
a. Your invoice number
b. A detailed description of the alleged defect
c. Clear photographs showing the defect
d. Clear photographs of the exterior packaging and interior contents
Please retain all original packaging materials and the item until the claim has been reviewed. Failure to provide the required images or documentation will result in denial of the claim. Subjective assessments (including, but not limited to, appearance differences, buyer?s remorse, or expectations not aligned with the listing images, videos, or descriptions) do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for return or refund.

If a claim is approved, return instructions will be provided. Approved returns must be sent to: Hidden Treasure Auctions, 8601 Tucker Rd SE, Olympia, WA 98513. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
