Home has steps at entry and stairs inside that may not be suitable for customers with mobility issues. Parking is at bottom of driveway with purchase pickup at top of circular drive only available by request. Bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents.

Payment with Venmo, Credit Card with surcharge, cash, personal checks from known customers. Sales tax collected per Washington State DOR.

Only our signup sheet (available 1 hour before sale), will be honored. No early entry to home, but garage open 1/2 hour prior to main sale.
