Elegant and Fun Downsizing Sale in Mt. Vista!

We've got a gorgeous downsizing sale this weekend in Mt. Vista!

Right around the corner from that cool "import" sale we did a few months ago.... this one isn't nearly as full, but it's got great style AND great prices!!

BUSINESS FIRST:

A sign up list will go outside the home at 9am Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name - one name per number - please. We will line folks up at 9:45. At 10, we will let you in, as listed. I don't expect this house to get too full, but if it does... we may have to resort to one in, per every one out.

What's inside?

DINING ROOM:

Classic elegance here. We have a beautiful (modern, but has a classic vintage vibe) desk with a leather top. On the desk we have a couple of Royal Doulton pieces "Balloon Man" and "The Old Balloon Seller", faux greenery, fun confetti/prism kaleidoscope,  art, decor and books - even a couple of those fake books that you use to stash your "treasures" in!
Stunning dining room table with 2 leaves and 6 chairs - this is so pretty and would fit into almost any decor style. I know not everyone loves china - but this Minton "Greenwich" set is a keeper. I could see this at Easter and even Christmas... such a classic design! There is more greenery, some fab vases/urn, large decorative round, another Royal Doulton, silver plate bunny bank, adorable Majolica frog and other decorative bits on the table.

Wonderful art and new/like new linens in the room as well.

LIVING ROOM:

We have a really (smaller) nice leather sofa that has a useful secret - it's a hide-a-bed! And it's not terrible to move. We brought it up the stairs ourselves - and no one got hurt. ;)

There is also a nice, black leather recliner - it looks new and it is so comfy. Lots of pretty decor - including more Royal Doulton pieces, crane statue, large metal vases and candleholders, wall art, Asian pieces, marble top metal accent table, more faux greenery, very pretty "handpainted" cabinet, lamps, pillows...

Very nice Mission style cabinet - with Sony and Pioneer stereo components inside and TWO GoPro cameras (sold together with lots of accessories) on top.

There will also be a tray of costume jewelry and watches.

KITCHEN:

There's lots in here! Small appliances, festive decor and serving pieces, 2 sets of barstools, glassware, drinkware, silverware, bakeware, cookware, barware - all the "wares'!

Cake plates/domes, linens, large/metal chicken - so cute!, contemporary oak oval/round dining table - has 2 leafs, set of 6 really nice (heavy) dining room chairs, bakers rack, set of Epoch "Horizon East" dishes. Pantry full of practical items as well as a laundry room with more useful things. You're bound to find something you can use or can't do without!

MASTER BEDROOM:

Really pretty F/Q bedframe with nice mattress. Bedding, wall art, mirrors... Two pieces of Lladro, faux greens, really nice black bench (matches the dining room set!), a pair of upholstered contemporary oak chairs, two end tables (or in this case - night stands) stone and metal, framed movie star posters, huge walk in closet full of men's and women's clothing/shoes/accessories, bathroom with lots of bath/hygiene supplies and some decor.

"MOVIE" ROOM:

This 3 piece recliner sofa is SUCH a cool thing to have! Everyone is in their perfect movie watching position AND each one has it's own drink holder! What could be better you ask? Oh... just  a POPCORN making machine! Lots of breweriana to utilize while "Netflix and chilling"... as well as movie and sports art to really set the mood for watching the show or the game. Lots of DVDs, Cards Against Humanity game, super cool gun/lighter, cameras, sports themed throw blankets, contemporary oak coffee and end tables...

OFFICE:

Surprise! It's office stuff! We've got two large filing cabinets, small desk, pair of (pretty cool actually) chairs, cameras, books... Framed sports art!! You just might find something in here you need... don't skip it!

GARAGE:

LOTS in here!! Saw table, clamps, long row of tool cabinets - useful AND they look good, lots of power and hand tools, long pegboard rack and accessories, TrimTramp, household and garden maintenance supplies and chemicals, bike helmets, diving weights and supplies, camping gear, Christmas items including a huge pre-lit tree, painted white futon and dresser (great changing table for baby), gas cans, wheelbarrow, electric lawnmower, super tall ladder, Little Giant ladder, blue/floral sofa that comes with charcoal gray cover, some pet supplies, velvety plum sofa, sit/stand desk, utility cabinet... SO much to sort through out there!!

It's not going to be the biggest sale of the Summer, but it's really pretty, everything is well cared for and it's nice and cool inside.
