Ginny's Girls will release the address 1 hour prior to start of the sale time.
A sign-up list will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (Not Online). Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. No customer lists will be honored. Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted.  Cash and card are accepted. Sales tax will be collected. No refunds or returns - all sales are final.  Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.

This Seattle estate sale offers an eclectic mix with a strong fashion-forward start, featuring a standout collection of vintage and designer clothing layered with quality outerwear and unique accessories. Highlights include bold 1980s statement sweaters and cardigans, a magenta Andrew Marc leather jacket from the 1990s, an eye-catching Egyptian hieroglyphics blazer, faux fur and leopard print outerwear and cold-weather staples from The North Face, Aritzia and REI. You’ll also find a colorful vintage women’s ski suit, embroidered scarves from India, designer heels in size 7 and practical fishing and outdoor gear including chest waders and boots.

Beyond the closets, the kitchen and dining areas are well equipped with quality appliances and serving pieces. Look for a Breville Barista Express espresso machine, Technivorm Moccamaster coffee maker, Sur La Table stainless cookware and a selection of classic and decorative pieces including an early 1900s brass samovar, Victorian tilting ice water pitcher, Wedgwood Queensware dishes, Mottahedeh creamware and Mariposa pewter serving accents.

Furniture and décor span a wide range of styles, from Asian-inspired and traditional pieces to glamorous lighting and modern glass-top tables. Notable finds include a Thai hand-carved three-panel room divider, mother-of-pearl inlay desk, Ethan Allen Chippendale-style tables, Ming-style accent chairs, a French Louis XV–style distressed console and multiple chandeliers and statement lamps. Persian-style rugs and upholstered seating round out the space.

Art and decorative accents are sprinkled throughout the home, including masks and carved sculptures, framed prints, abstract artwork, brass figurines and art glass paperweights.

You’ll also come across a small collection of books, office and travel accessories, binoculars, sporting goods, tools and assorted household storage solutions. This Seattle sale offers a great mix of style, function and personality throughout the home.
