This (Green Lake) is a hybrid auction/estate sale, so the address will not be published until the pick up dates have concluded. Winners will only receive the address. Please see sale information for details. If you win in the auction, you get to shop the house during your pick up appointments!

Estate Sales: All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales charge sales tax. You are responsible for labor and moving of your items from the premises the day of the sale, or by agreement with sale staff. Rainier Estates is not responsible for your safety or that of your help, so please use caution. Where noted, sales are cash, or credit card. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card sales. Each sale is different so please ask or bring cash just to be sure.
We place a sign up sheet at some sales to allow folks to avoid standing in line. We will make you aware of each sales 'rules' in each sales description. We never allow 'early birds' or 'pre-sales' so when the doors open, everyone has the same chance (especially if they signed up or stood outside waiting).

Great house near Greenlake in Seattle with lots of treasures. We decided not to do a full on estate sale here due to the parking limitations - so we are doing a hybrid model - part Online Auction, part in home sale. You can access the auction by going to: Current & Past Estate Sales & Auctions on RainierEstates.com - the images you see here are just a few of the hundreds of images we show in the auction.

If you bid & win in the auction, during your pickup appointments you can shop just like it was an estate sale, but without the parking issues or competition.

We will allow for 4 parties to come to each appointment timeslot for their pickup appointments.

Pick up appointments will be made as soon as the auction closes and as soon as you have paid for your items. Pick up days will be: August 11, 12 & 14th.

All vehicles have clean and clear titles. We will do the transfer paperwork during your pick up appointments. Extremely well maintained vehicles. No pets or kids!

We cannot ship things from this estate, so please be prepared to pick up your items in person.

If you bid/win on a large item, be sure to bring labor, the appropriate vehicle to take it away, and any tools you need to take it apart, wrap it up etc...we do not have wrap or many boxes.
